🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Re-vai device. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused or in gently used condition

  • Must be returned with all original packaging

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working under normal use, we offer a 1-year limited warranty. Please email us with photos and your order details and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
