Absolutely. Many customers combine treatments for enhanced results. Just space them out or alternate days to avoid overstimulation.

Can I return my product?
Yes. We offer a 60-day return window on all eligible items. Your product must be unused or lightly used and returned in its original packaging.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all devices. If your item becomes faulty under normal use, we’ll replace it free of charge.

How often should I use my device?
For most devices, we recommend using them 3–5 times per week for optimal results. You can adjust based on your skin’s sensitivity and schedule.

Do I need a conductive gel?
For microcurrent devices, yes — a conductive gel is essential for safe and effective treatment. We sell our own or you can use any water-based gel.

Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We advise consulting your healthcare provider before using any electrical skincare device during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
